"We are a Civil Engineering Firm with 35 employees. We have worked with MIS for the past 8 years. When MIS first began working with us, their first task was to completely reconfigure our server and backup system, which was installed and maintained by a different IT company at the time. The server was not installed or set up correctly. It was constantly going down, costing us lost time and money. The company we dealt with before was extremely hard to get in touch with and were very reluctant to come to our office when we had issues, which was quite often.
